We can clean all external garbage cans and also the smaller recycling totes. The service plans include up to 2 bins which can either be regular trash bins or recycling bins. If you have more that’s ok, just select the number of additional pieces you would like us to clean which are charged at $5 per addition.

This really isn’t something to worry about, most of our customers live with HOA restrictions and once they realize that they are out once a month, or once a quarter for a few extra hours because you are having them cleaned they have thus far never caused an issue – remember you are doing the right thing cleaning up your community, as we are one bin at a time! In fact, we are so confident that you will not receive a violation notice, if you do, send it to us and we will pay it and use it as an opportunity to speak with your HOA to prevent future occurances.

Yes, we do not collect garbage so all bins must be empty, this is why we schedule service for the day after trash and recycling pick up.

Ideally your bins need to be left out curbside so they are easily accessible to the Germzie operator. If this is not possible, as long as we can clearly see them we will pull them too our truck for service.

Don’t worry, you will receive a reminder email and text message before your scheduled service and a notification after your service is complete.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of business and route scheduling in different communities we are unable to reschedule service days and a $10 trip charge will be applied if we arrive and the bins are not available. Bins must be left outside and be empty for service to be completed.

In addition to your bins looking clean you will also receive a message after your service has been completed.

Once you sign up, your credit or debit card details will be stored for automatic payment through our secure system following service. Alternatively you can pay after each service online. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by cash or check.

Unfortunately not, once the plan is setup the bins will be marked and we will service the same bins on each visit unless you add additional bins to your service plan.

Some bins are extremely dirty! We will do our absolute best but it can take multiple cleans to fully remove years of, or heavy duty residue from bins that haven’t previously been cleaned.

If you would like to cancel service, a minimum service must be reached which is 3 cleanings. There is no notice to cancel after a ‘one time clean’.
