Family-owned and run, Germzie is the brainchild of Graham, who is originally from the UK and is now living in beautiful Jupiter. After seeing the way the heat and humidity affected people’s bins, it got Graham thinking- just because that’s where the garbage goes, doesn’t mean it should have to smell just as bad. Thus, Germzie was born. Now, with the help of his operations manager Chris, we’re on a mission to clean up communities, one bin at a time. After all, who doesn’t want nice, clean bins.

  I used Germzie to clean my pool deck, cage over the pool and part of the fence today. They did an excellent job and I will use them going forward to clean the pool area.

BTW - Graham also owns the American Swimming Pool Company(ASP). I use them to maintain my pool and they do a fantastic job.

  Germzie provides an exceptional service that not only replaces a very annoying chore but does the job far better than I ever have cleaning the trash/recycling bins out myself -- and for far less than I would have expected to pay.

We signed up for Germzie a few weeks ago and everything including the sign-up process, price, scheduling and the actual bin cleaning was above expectation.

Signing up and picking a schedule (we selected the monthly schedule) could not have been easier. The option to finalize the service day over text message worked out smoothly and the customer service was very good.  The online portal is simple and easy to use for setting up billing and confirming service dates and the timely reminders before they came out were a nice touch.

As for the actual cleaning -- the trash and recycling bins are not only spotless, but they even smell great! I don't see us ever going back to doing this ourselves.

  Germzie cleaned the sidewalks in our development in January 2021 and again September 2023.  We chose Germzie because they use steam rather than chlorine that kills the grass and plants.   What a GREAT service!

I had been trying to do this myself but in all honesty, it was always at the bottom of my list and the results weren’t good! I heard about Germzie from a neighbor and gave them a try with a ‘one time clean’ and all I can say is….WOW! My garage doesn’t stink anymore! I now have them come once a month and I just wish I did that in the beginning. These guys are a great example of a service you never knew you needed, until you start. Thank you Germzie!
